Janelle Kilson, the creator of FJM, is a diversely experienced professional with vast career planning, student services, and recruitment experiences spanning more than 15 years. Recognized as a specialist in candidate assessment and adept in connecting with highly desired contacts, she is continuously focused on achieving client deliverables.
FJM was developed to reach a wide range of job seekers in need, while taking into consideration the rising costs and exorbitant fees associated with hiring a résumé writer. The focus is to offer top-tier résumé writing assistance at a fraction of the cost.
Having a diverse career counseling, staffing, and enrollment management background has afforded successful efforts in employer relations, workshop/classroom instruction, résumé writing, professional development training, and job placement assistance across the country.

Résumé Writing Consultant – FJM is always looking to subcontract with qualified resume writers. Writers with more than three years experience and a portfolio of résumé projects (5-10 samples) should contact FJM for available opportunities! The more industries you have experience with, the better!
Social Media Intern – A Social Media Intern helps direct and monitor the social media presence of our organization. College juniors majoring in Marketing, Communication, or Management with at least two semesters of social media management and/or coursework are encouraged to apply.
